Seeking whereabouts of 6 remaining children who apparently did grow up to adult hood. Silas CALL & Polly WHITNEY were married on Oct 21, 1802 in Hartford, Vermont (some of the children were born in Vermont) By the 1820 census were in Mentz (or Montezuma or Post Byron), New York. They had 12 children: 4 boys (Ira, Chauncey, ?, and Silas) 8 girls (Harriet, Eliza, Ophelia, ?, ?, ?, ?) When Polly's husband Silas died about 1829, she married Robert THOMPSON, and they probably lived in Horse Heads, Chemung County, NY about 1832 and by 1840 census in Addison, Steuben County, New York with 2 of her children Ophelia CALL and Silas E. CALL and 2 other unidentified children 1 male between ages 5 to 10 and 1 female between ages 10 to 15; according to 1840 census for Addison. Polly WHITNEY CALL THOMPSON died 1844 in Addison. Silas Edmund CALL born abt May, 1826 in Mentz, NY married Elizabeth Vandewan 12.
