Hi to all: This is my first request for help and I hope I have addressed this correctly. The Surnames I am researching is Blakeman and Palmer. Any information would be greatly appreciated. My gGrandfather John Blakeman was born in Sandy Hill (Hudson Falls), Washington County NY in 1843. Moved with his parents to Cayuga County in early 1850's and Married Mary Ann Palmer of Cayuga County in 1863. He and Mary Ann left Cayuga County and headed for Illinois in 1878. Any info on the families left behind in NY or their wedding etc., ANYTHING would be great. Regards, Fern
