In searching through the archives (in both free and paid for areas) of the Syracuse Post-Standard, I ran across an obituary for George E. MAY, who was a "life resident of Auburn", born 21 June 1923 in Auburn and died 29 June 1990 in Syracuse. What I'm interested in finding out is whether George MAY's wife, who is listed as "the former Barbara LUCAS", is the same Barbara LUCAS enumerated in the 1930 Census (7 April 1930), Auburn 9th ward, ED 6-19, page 2B. She is listed as 2 yr, 5 m and is living with her parents William P. and Helen M. LUCAS. The Barbara LUCAS in the Census record is a 3rd cousin of my father. Barbara's mother and my paternal grandmother were 2nd cousins. Can anyone confirm whether or not the Barbara LUCAS in the Census info is the Barbara LUCAS that George MAY. Bill Hart
