I haven`t looked at the actual census page but I`ll bet it was difficult to read & this was the result of the transcriber`s efforts to decipher it! In 1870 Rathburn ( spelled Rathbone) is in Leon with his parents, Johnathan(?) & Olive. This couple is in Leon ( with Jonathan spelled plain John) on the 1850 census with a four year old Jonisturn(?) R. Welcome Chapman is in Conewango in 1850 with his parents Wilson or Welson & Rhoda; he`s married with three children, no Rathburn, though. If you have the Ancestry census subscription, check 1850 Leon, pg. 37( image # 1), 1870 Leon, pg. 284( image # 15) & 1850 Conewango, pg 77 ( image # 12).
