I am researching the James and Esther (Hutchins) Whiting family that moved to Cattaraugus County about 1832 and resided in Yorkshire in the 1850 census. Their Whiting children (known to me) were: Alvina b 1809 ME Esther b 1811 ME; m John Worden b 1807/08 NY Lydia b 1813 ME James Jr. b 1824 NY John Worden resided in Poland, Chautauqua Co, NY in the 1840 census; Yorkshire, Cattaraugus Co, NY in the 1850 census. John and Esther (Whiting) Worden had the following Worden children: Lois Elvira b 1830; m Miles Colton Lydia Jane b 1832; m 1) Asa Eastland; 2) Charles Babcock Hanna Minerva b 1834; m Isaac H. Beach Alsophina b 1839; m John Henry Peck Benjamin b 1840; m 1) Prudence Martin; 2) Kate A. Hawkins; Ehlert Clark b 1845 Esther Ann b 1843; m ___ Nugent Saryan b 1854 Amelia Palina b 1858 I hope to hear from other researchers on these lines. I have a lot of research to share.
