His father is supposed to be Hiram (bert) Frank. Bert and Alice had a boy named Willard Marshall Frank b.1891-1952 (Persis N.Y.) On the 1892 census (Little Valley N.Y) Also listed under Bert Frank was a Clyde C. Frank b.1876. Willard's marriages were--(1st) Elsa Wing (children are Jacob, Walter, Alfred, Violet, AnnaBelle)--- ( 2nd) Doris Harvey (children are Cora, Clark, Frances (my Mother), David, Mary and Hiram. There's supposed to be a Hattie Caulkins somewhere in the wood pile, And someone changing their name to Young. Mom tought it was supposed to be Grandpa Willard's half brother.
