Donna Vaughn sent me an email regarding a marriage certificate from NYS DOH. She obtained the cert. thinking it was an ancestor, but found it not to be. If someone has a connection to this Charles Fleck, she has offered to scan the certificate & send to them privately off list. It has a lot of really good genealogy info on it & she hates to see it go to waste! The certificate is for Charles FLECK of Jamestown, NY, m. Minnie Bell VAN ARSDALE on April 26, 1893.
