I believe he is a brother to Zadock and Nathan Whipple. I have been searching for this family for quite a while and have had contact with a Helen in Cattaragus Co., NY and have done alot of research. I did not know that Phillip was in Wisconsin, but a granddaughter of Zadock's, Minnie Imogene Whipple married a John Henry Eddy and they are my great grandparents. I do have alot of information on the family and would be willing to share it, if this is the same family.
