I have been reading the minutes of the General Session court records and have found some very interesting cases that I would like to find more information. The minutes are similar to a docket. They do not actually list what happens in the case only the disposition. Does anyone know where I might find the actual court cases? The time frame is 1840's. I would really appreciate any suggestions that anyone would have as one of the cases involves removing a Justice of the Peace and his son-in-law is testifying against him.
