Charles was born in Templeton, Worcester, MA. but was probably raised in Drummerston, Windham, VT. He married Sarah Spaulding 27 Oct 1782 in Drummerston, Windham, VT. Charles had a sister & a brother. Brother - Elias Wilder b)1751 Sister - Abigail Wilder b)28 Nov 1755 Abigail married Jesse Hadley.
