Hi Liz and all, The Barber Cemetery is indeed in Otto. It is also called the Dake Hill Cemetery. It's located on the southeast corner of Hebner Hill Rd. and Dake Hill Rd. Unfortunately, I don't see it listed on the Cattaraugus Co. GenWeb site. A quick letter or call to the Cattaraugus Co. Historical Museum and Research Library may get you the answer, though. They have most to all of the cemeteries in Cattaraugus Co. indexed. I believe it was a project in the 1930's.
