I am not related to the family, but wante to post this for any relatives: "Mrs. Margaret E. Drayer, the oldest female resident of this town, died at the home of her youngest daughter, Mrs. Geo. Stoll, in this village, on Monday, Feb. 17th, 1913, in the 90th year of her age. Her death was caused by the infirmities of age, though an accident fall on Thursday last may have hastened it. "Mrs. Drayer, whose maiden name was Schueider, was born in Germany, on Aug. 24th, 1823. She came to this county in 1847 and was soon after, in Buffalo, married to John C. Drayer, a native of the same town in Germany in which she was born. They resided for few years at Hamburg, Erie Co., but soon came to this town which has been her home for over half a century. Her husband died 40 years ago. Mrs. Drayer was a faithful member of the German Methodist church at West Valley for many years and helf the esteem of all who knew her. She is survived by four sons, H. B. F. Drayer of Salamanca and Theodore, Hubert and John Drayer of this town, and three daughters, Mrs. John Lorch and Mrs. Geo. Stoll of this town and Mrs. Laura Kelley of Salamanca. She leaves also 34 grandchildren and some 25 great grandchildren. The funeral services took place from the home of her daughter in this village on Wednesday afternoon. Rev. M. D. Warburton of of the Wesleyan Church officiated, assisted by Rev. A. J. Bellmann of the Log Church, Pleasant Valley. The internment was by the side of her husband in the West Valley Cemetery."
