Delos and Emma Barber (Phillips) I have had no new information for months and can't seem to find anything with the individual clerks or through the State of New York..I know that Delos and Emma both born in NY had 5 children. Lydia born in 1892 in Liberty, NY... Sadie born 1896, Betsy born 1898 died 1900,girl born 1900 and Ray born 1903 (all born in Woodbourne). I am hoping for a little help. Thanks Nicole
