He was born Jan 17, 1834 somewhere in Cattaraugus Co. His pension papers stated he was born in Catteraugus Co. His grandfather, Jacob Bovee was living in Hinsdale in the 1825 census, but I can't find Lorenzo's father, Nicholas Bovee anywhere. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Byron Strawn
