His name was Howard Steggs, and was born July 17, 1908 and died sometime in March of 1986 in Yorkshire, Cattaraugus Co., NY. I wouldn't even know where such an obituary would be printed, as I have never even been to the State of New York. Could someone advise me? Would anyone have access to obituaries of this area?
