Mr. and Mrs. Mathew MITCHELL and daughter spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ellis BELKNAP of Rawson. Mr. and Mrs. GUSTAFSON were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles MYERS recently. Mr. and Mrs. Harry GRAYBILL and daughter Margaret have returned from Lancaster, Ohio where she had been for several weeks caring for her mother, who is much better. H. F. WINCHELL was called to Whitneys Point, NY last week to attend the funeral of his oldest brother, John WINCHELL. Ernest BOGARDUS and son, Lloyd were business callers at Buel ROSEs' Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Ernie BOGARDUS entertained at dinner Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. William ROSE, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. ELWOOD and son, Clair and Mr. and Mrs. H. E. GRAYBILL and daughter Margaret. Gordon WINCHELL of Farmersville visited his uncle, Frank WINCHELL and family last week. Charles McCAA and family attended a family party at the home of his mother, Mrs. Margaret McCAA of Franklinville, Monday. Roy HICKSK visited his sister, Mrs. Olive DAVIDSON, Monday. Leta and Howard AUSTIN of Rush Creek are visiting their grandfather, J. C. PORTER. John CURRIE left Monday to return to his school at Princeton, N. J. Mr. and Mrs. A. A. GOULET and Mr. and Mrs. Glenn WILDRICK and children of North Cuba were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leon WARNER Monday. Miss Doris SHIPMAN of Portville, visited her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Buell ROSE, the first of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Charles ROSE of Cuba visited their uncle, Buel ROSE and family Wednesday. E. BOGARDUS and son, Sherlock and son Lloyd of Hayden, were business callers at Steven SHERLOCK's Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Merl MARTIN gave a party Wednesday in honor of her brother, Frank STINSON of Bolivar. Henry CALKINS was called to Hamburg, Wednesday by the serious illness of his wife, Mrs. Emma CALKINS, who has been in Hamburg for some time caring for an invalid. Charles FELTON was at Frank MAXWELL's several days this week. Mrs. Henry CALKINS has been brought from Hamburg to her home here.
