Phillip RICH, I have the ancestry of Harriet RICH (1823-1868) back to Michael DEDICH (1650-1692) if you are interested. I only have the PEPPERDINE family back to Thomas PEPPERDINE (1796-?) and Mary BUTLER. My information shows that William PEPPERDINE was married to Harriet RICH (1823-1868) and to Phoebe Ann RICH (1830-1910). Does this agree with your information? He had a son Hiram Hiram was my Grandfather's Grandfather. Hiram married Mary Rich (Phillip Rich decendent)They had two girls - Inez and Georgia. Then he married Ella Pepperdine. Ella's parents were Harriet Rich (daughter of Calvin and Hannah Rich) and William Pepperdine. They had twins Raymond Jesse and Rosamond. It seems Rosamond died at birth. Raymond Jesse Rich married Bessie Ballard (Otto, NY) They had 4 children, Millicent, Lillian, Raymond Hiram Rich, and Rosamond. Millicent Rich Horth and Lillian Rich Johnson wrote a history of the Rich/Pepperdine family. There is a copy of this document at the New York State Library in Albany and at the DAR library in Washington DC. I have not seen this history. Niether library allows it to circulate. So I guess I will have to take a trip to New York to read it. Raymond Hiram Rich married Alberta Augusta Wiese (Otto, NY) They had two sons Peter Jark Rich and James Hiram Rich Peter is my father.
