I thank everyone for the advice on these names. I had never thought of the religion. I shall follow the Quaker line and see what I can find. I never saw any information as to religion and have not found any baptismal certificates I only have one marriage record for Mary Freeman and she was married by a justice of the peace at the time. Mary was married 4 times and widowed for 2 of the marriages and the 3rd was a divorce if you can get divorces in the mid 1870's. I guess that is another thought, How did one get a divorce in those days? Jeannette
