I live about a half hour away. At that time it could have been known as Bloomfield and not Victor.All my records show he came from Bloomfield to Henrietta to farm land and his daughters married and stayed in the area, he also fought with his son and best friend in the War of 1812. I have sent a letter out to my family to see what they may have as soon as I here anything I will let you know. I do have four William's on my line, but they do not match William 1829, Harrison Co. Va, William 1 Feb 1756 Springfield, Hampden, Mass, William Henry 4 Jan 1864 Liberty TWP, Delaware Co, IN. and William Walluse 25 Aug 1834. Again I do not see that being to much help.
