Joseph Predgo Died This Morning Joseph Predgo, 413 East Connell Street, died this morning (August 16, 1950) at his home. He was born in Poland June 18, 1864 and came to this country in 1890. He had lived in Olean for the past forty years. Mr. Predgo was a retired Socony-Vacuum Oil Company employe, having retired in 1931. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Prego [sic]; eight sons, Frank Predgo, Shamokin, Pa.; John Predgo, Huntington, West Va.; Stanley Predgo and Charles Predgo, Los Angeles, Calif.; Joseph Predgo, Garfield, N.J.; Peter Predgo, U.S. Merchant Marine; Paul Predgo, U.S. Army; and Anthony Predgo, Olean; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald Maar, New York City, and Mrs. Hobart Evans, Olean; two brothers, Ignatius Predgo, Poland; and Anthony Predgo, Philadelphia, Pa. He was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration and the Z.P.R.K. Society. The body will be removed from the Heenan Funeral Home to the late family home Thursday morning. Joseph Predgo Rites Are Held Funeral services for Joseph Predgo were held Saturday morning (August 19, 1950) with a prayer service at nine-thirty o'clock at the home, 413 East Connell Street. A solemn high mass was celebrated at ten o'clock at the Church of the Transfiguration by the Rev. John Glazik, pastor. The Rev. Stanley Wisniewski was deacon the Rev. Michael Giovino was sub-deacon. Burial was in St. Bonaventure Cemetery and Rev. Glazik conducted committal services. Pallbearers were Frank Kuzak, Stanley Harenda, Matthew Sadlowski, John Kendzior, Vincent Juskulski and Carl Kukulka. Attending from out of town were Stanley Predgo, Los Angeles, Calif.; Paul Predgo, San Francisco, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Predgo, Shamokin, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. John Predgo, Huntington, W. Va.; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Predgo and Gregory Fadalla, Garfield, N. J.
