Hannah was most probably in Jackson Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania for a few short years as two of her children married Laffertys and the Laffertys resided in Jackson Township. Also, in the first post of this thread is the mention of the Churchill family and Ithamar Churchill also resided in Jackson Township for a few years before removing from the area. Perhaps another possible relationship is that Hannah widow of John Phillips in her pension application stated she was a Russell. John Budd, a revolutionary soldier, was an early settler in Tioga County, Pennsylvania not far from where the Phillips family resided. His wife was Mary Russell. After a few years they moved a few miles over the county line to Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania where both died. J.
