My gg-Aunts were Julia & Mary Priest who had a dressmaking shop in Olean on Union St. in the early 1900s. They had a brother, Patrick Priest, who was a member of the Board of Education in the same time period. Mary Priest took in my grandfather, Eustace Paul Nolan, in Olean when his parents died in the 19teens. Eustace Paul married Beatrice Gertrude Bubbs in Olean.
