It was sent to me in April of 2000 from a Jacqueline Long of New Mexico. Charles CHADWICK is listed and a couple of generations back (in PA) where Charles appears to be from. However his actual father is not proven in this document although his father is likely in the listings. I can snail mail this 40 page document if you wish.
