Clara Osterstock. I do not believe she was ever married to William. My Grandfathers death certificate lists his Mother (clara) as "Clara Unknown"..that's weird. I also have a photocopy of the obituary, "Shoeman"..it says she was the beloved wife of William Osterstuck (note the inconsistencies with the spelling)mother of Arthur G Bates, daughter of the late John Shoeman and Mrs. Caroline Huber (nee Weber). I'm confused, why would her mother have two maiden names? Could this be a re-marriage? I'll request that information. I haven't done the PA request yet. From what I've read in the request paperwork, I have to send them a photocopy of my drivers license for ID reasons. Anyhow, I've seen "Shoeman", "Schuman" and "Schumann" used in in investigation.
