No information on them other then biography on Stephen's life and the wedding date, people attending. Louisa, b/Nov 17, 1826, possibly Groton, NY, married Stephen Welch in/around Olean, NY on December 22, 1847. Both later moved to Allegany, NY and lived the rest of their lives. Louisa d/June 9, 1899: Allegany Protestant Cemetery: Section B1, Plot 39, Grave 2, right next to Stephen. All leads so far have not produced any futher information on Louisa's ancestry.
