Looks like the town of Randolph and the village of Randolph have the same town/village clerk at 72 Main St, Randolph, NY 14772 A phone call might get you a better/quicker answer as to what dates are available. (716)358-9701 Death record information in that timeframe was pretty limited. One of mine in 1902 in Erie Co was a single line entry in a journal - only listed name, town, and date of death. No info on relatives. I have had luck with some clerks who aren't busy and who will do a lookup for free to confirm if they have the record and then charge only when you want to get a hard copy.
