He married Lottie Elma Howard Dec. 25, 1896 Bristol Co., Mass. He was to have died on the Devoy farm in Hillsborough Co., N.H. in the 1940's believed a suicide. The person I am trying to help is his direct desc who is looking for an obit, death record, news article anything tha will help him find and varify the death date. That sort of thing. My mother is Daphne Phillips, and is alive and well. She actually had four siblings: Lewis, Dudley, Edith and Gordon. Lewis and Edith have died, but Gordon and Dudley are still with us. There is a lengthy geneology that was done about the family, going back to the Mayflower, and John Carver himself. I wonder if you've seen it. Perhaps there are some clues that you can use. OLEAN TIMES-HERALD, MONDAY, JANUARY 16, 1939 Fred G Noble Succumbs At Local Hospital Fred G. Noble, fifty-five, , passed away at the St. Francis Hospital, this morning at two o'clock. Mr. Noble was born in Belfast. October 13. 1883. and had resided here for the last half century. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Betsy Ann Noble; three sisters, Mrs. Fred Rapp, Detroit, Mich.: Mrs. Harvey Kenyon, Wellsville, Mrs. George Geise, Olean; two brothers. Ben and Luie, Olean. The body was removed to the Halwig Funeral Home on Hamilton Street and will be taken to the family home, 421 North Ninth Street Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock. The Rev. G. I. Norman, pastor of the Wesleyan Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
