    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/RRB.2ACE/2023.1 Message Board Post: Hi Dave! I stumbled upon your posting and family tree, and have a question about it. Your mother's (Zella Blair) mother (Susan Margaret Gillum) was my great grandmother's (America Amanda Gillum) sister. Question: How did you know that America's nickname was "Mac"? I've had a very difficult time finding info on America and was excited to see your posting since my family called her both 'grandma Mckinney' (married name of course) and Mac. Other than immediate family, you're the only other one who knows this nickname and I know you have to be related since you didn't even know that her married name was McKinney! ("Mac" Mckinney seems like a common nick name type thing.) Would love to know anything you might know about America. Her and Susan's parents Jasper and Esther Gillum are well researched on the family tree, but it seems that after America was born, she was somehow 'lost' from the family tree. I know that she had a child - Grace Lunsford - before she married my great grandfather Alex McKinney, but I don't know if she was actually married to a Lunsford or not. Susan and America's sister Miriam married a James Lunsford so I think it's possible that America may have married James' brother or some other relative. Alex died around 1910 and America stayed in Kentucky awhile, but eventually moved to Ohio and she died in Cincinnati. She did live in Niles, Ohio in the early 1930s ...the same time as my father's family. They must have all moved around together. Anyway, any info you have on America (or Miriam) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! Susannah Webb

I hope it will be a blessing to them. If you can help, I would be greatful. Please contact me directly at tim.kalee@dcsmich.com. Thank You.
