Parents John J. & Mary Burke O'Brien, siblings Edward, Thomas, Daniel, James, Mary & Nora. In 1925 he was living in N. Adams, MA with his wife. He is the brother of my grandfather - Edward O'Brien. Would love to share information.

I found Henry Harvey listed and his daughter Luella. I did not realize he had a son. I believe that his wife's name was Luella. His daughter maybe my great-grandmother (the birth date is the same). My understanding is that my great-grandmother Luella Harvey was adopted by another family and raised as their daughter. Please e-mail me if you have any other information. I have been researching Henry Harvey and his family for more than a year.

It is in a book on Western New York Welsh immigrants that I am working on. Not finished at this posting. LEWIS, Griffith, shoemaker, b. 1821 in Wales and d. 1865 in Cattaraugus Co. In 1844 Griffith LEWIS emigrated to Oneida County, NY. In 1846 he married Anne WILLIAMS, b. 1823 in Wales. She was the daughter of Thomas WILLIAMS, who came to Remsen, Oneida Co., NY abt. 1837. After marriage Griffith and Anne LEWIS lived in South Trenton, NY before moving to Freedom, Cattaraugus Co. in 1847. They were affiliated with the Ebenezer Welsh Baptist Church in Freedom, Cattaraugus Co. After the death of her husband in 1865, Anne continued to live in Cattaraugus Co. until 1879 at which time she returned to Remsen, Oneida Co. to live with her son John G. LEWIS. She died in Remsen in 1905 and was returned to Cattaraugus Co. for burial next to her husband in the Freedom Cemetery, Freedom, NY. Ch: Thomas G.; Richard G. (proprietor of the hotel in Sandusky); John G. (lived in Remsen, Oneida County); William G. Image of Anne Williams Lewis is attached.
