Nancy, Thanks for the information, I'll add it to my database. I have two children for them, Murray Lee and Erma Mae. Did you know NYS considers divorce records sealed for 100 years from date of filing? Once the 100 years has passed, anyone can access the records. It would be interesting to see what the divorce records say. They would at least have a complete listing of children they had. I have to wait until 2026 for my great grandparents divorce records. I have a date of birth for Maude as 2 Nov 1877, death Jun 1952, place of birth, New Albion. Murrray was born 19 Apr 1897, Erma 9 Sep 1895. Do you have a marriage date for Ernest and Maude? He was also married to Millie M. English, who died before 1920. Martin was the son of John Riley Prince and Martha Ellen Woods. They had 7 children. John Riley Prince was the son of Jonathan Riley Prince and Polly Ely. I have a lot of information on Martin B.'s first marriage, as well as his ancestors. If you send me your snail mail, I'll print it out and mail it to you. Also, the PRINCE family reunion is every August, either in or near Gowanda, NY. This year will be the 99th ANNUAL Prince reunion. We have HUGE plans for next year, with the 100th annual family reunion! Come see us! I have a Swinton Reader dated 1878 that I purchased about 20 years ago and the name written inside was Annie Caswell. I thought that I would try to return it to her family. I was hearbroken when I found that Annie died before 1900. Any information on Sheffer and family would be great.
