    3. There are directories on line. What is the name, birth date, and death date. Also on line is a in the U.S., Social Security Applications and Claims Index, 1936-2007 -----Original Message----- From: Diane Worth via <[email protected]> To: nyc-roots <[email protected]> Sent: Thu, Sep 24, 2015 7:16 am Subject: [NYC-ROOTS] Request for Deceased Individual's Social Security Record I am trying to complete form SSA-711 to get a copy of the life claim for my great uncle. However the form assumes I have an address in the US, which I do not. Does anyone know of a work around at no extra cost? Thank you. 3. No clue why Applications and Claims Index, 1936-2007 is just an index and no images. It does contain SS number, birth place and parents but no address SSDI does not contain the SS number. Makes no sense why data bases are different to me. -----Original Message----- From: Robert Pieterse via <[email protected]> To: diane.worth <[email protected]>; nyc-roots <[email protected]> Sent: Thu, Sep 24, 2015 8:13 am Subject: Re: [NYC-ROOTS] Request for Deceased Individual's Social Security Record There are directories on line.
