Frances, thanks for the link to "theggg" I searched every database there and came up with no STACY which comes near to the lady I am looking for, so perhaps she moved out of the New York area to another state maybe or even across the border to Canada. She was baptised in England as Frances Adelaide STACEY even though she was registered Frances Adeline and sailed under the name Adeline Frances STACY so she's not making any search easy. cheers Bob > "Dis to Ada Matley " may mean discharged to Ada Matley.     3. Bob, The only problem searching the NYC brides indexes is that for Kings County Which is Brooklyn, there are no brides indexes from 1910-1930.
