Kim: I think you have the wrong passenger list.  There is another listing for a Vincenzo Marchese who arrived on Oct. 24, 1907 along with a brother or cousin named Nicola.  His wife's name is given as Maria and the town of origin is Stigliano.  Italians as the in history often made several trips to America before settling down here.
