The microfilms containing the manifests covering this period for arrivals at Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York are free online at the Internet Archive. I've created an index by date so it's easy to find the correct reel; you can find it at [1]http://Guide.DonsList.net Just click on the link for the port you want and the index by date will appear in the upper frame along with a link for each date. Scroll down the list to your date and click on the link to open the correct page on the Internet Archive for the microfilm containing manifests for that date. You can then download a pdf of the entire microfilm or use the Internet Archive's online reader to browse. The links for both are to the left side of the page. I hope this is helpful. Also you can run the address through the Historical New York Times, and Old Fulton Postcards site > http://www.fultonhistory.com/Fulton.html. I've found families by street address on all of these.
