Hi Janice, Do you have a birth date for Jacqueline? That would be very helpful. Since she was born about 1923, she likely has a paper trail extending into the period covered by services like veromi.com , which can be searched (a bit laboriously) by birth date and first name. And have you searched the New York City marriage records for a marrage for Jacqueline Ruppert? Of course she may have gone elsewhere but it's worth a try. It's possible that there is a record at the Veteran's Administration which would help you pick up the trail. And finally, have you tried to find the living relatives of her brother, John Kaiser, to ask them?
