I decided to call Salt Lake City and spoke with Sister Ann - she pulled my request and said that based upon how I ordered it - index film, #, person name, location, date, they should have been able to find the index information which would have contained his cert number. She said that there are some newer folks working there and understanding what an index request is all about is difficult for some to learn. She will take a look herself tomorrow and let me know what she finds.
