    2. Gail, is it possible you are giving them the film number for the index? You need to go to Vital Records category, not Index, and get that film number. I do know how to find the film for the index. How to do it is where I am confused. I listed the film no, the person, the date and location of the event. I was expecting to receive back the cert number. I know my info is correct and that they are there because I found them in a listing on family search. Does this make sense? I am listing the request on the photoduplication form from FHL - in the middle section. Gail Sent from my AT&T iPhone. I would prefer to do it via the order form with the family history library in salt lake but I must be doing something wrong. Can someone help? 3. Donna - I don't follow you? If I only have a name location and date, don't I first need to go to an index to get a cert number? Gail Sent from my AT&T iPhone.
