I just took a quick look in the New York City ACRIS real estate data base and found several Brooklyn documents for Richard Softye (very recent) and several deeds from Queens for Riedemann from the 1960's and 70's - Aline, Gisela, Louis and Wilhelm. The records include images of the original documents.
