The subject of finding ME church records has come up on the NY lists several times now. I had a conversation on this subject with their archives several years ago. In the interests of helping other people do this, below is the exchange I had with them. As you can see, these emails are from 2006 so it's possible there are changes since then. Buck If you think that the 30th Street church is the place, and that the pastor or the date information may be wrong, you may want to look in the following places: I find one note that says the records are at the New York Public Library, but their inventory says that the Chelsea St church records are at Broadway Temple. The NY Genealogical and Biographical Society has some Chelsea records, but it appears their marriage records cover the years 1845-47, 1858-64, and 1864-74. Buck would have been doing a wedding out of the 30th Street Church. In case you think the place information you have may be tied to Rev. Buck and not to their wedding, then you may want to check the Napanoch church.
