I’m new to this list.... hello Searching for a Ellen (Nellie)Elizabeth Jones b. 1854 New York State (somewhere!) But can’t find any free indexes to look through She left USA 1873 from the West coast, & arrived in New Zealand, Nth Is same year. She went all that way, alone, at only 19yrs. Don’t know which ship either. Just sent for her marriage cert, 1881 Auckland New Zealand. Hopefully get info on her parents, and maybe more detail about where she was born.
