I am searching for Jonathan Phillips, he was born in Owego, Tioga Co.,NY and married Olive Whitaker who was born in Vestal, Broome Co., NY. I am figuring that they would of both been born in the early 1800's. They had two sons that I know of : Anson served in the civil war enlisted Aug. 11, 1862 at 22 years of age as a Private he enlisted at Owego, NY mustered in "H" Co. 109th NY Infantry mustered out June 4, 1865 at Delaney House, DC Elmer married Alma Arabella Driver from Clinton Co., PA Jonathan and Olive moved from Broome Co. NY to Tioga Co. NY to Clinton Co., PA. Anson seems to be the only child that stayed in NY They did have more children but have not been able to confirm any other names as of yet. Any information would be a great help. Does any of this seem familiar? Polly
