Searching for information on Eugene D. Snyder, son of Sylvester and Cordelia Hinkley Snyder. Eugene was born July 8, 1860 and in 1929 was residing at 105 1/2 Parsons Avenue, Endicott, NY. His father, Sylvester, was killed in the Civil War in 1864. Eugene attended the Soldier's Orphans School in Harford, PA from 1869 to 1871 when his mother remarried. Eugene was listed in Stocker's History of Susquehanna County PA as residing in Brooklyn, PA, Susquehanna Co. and moved to Endicott later in life. Did he move there to be near children?
