    3. I have reached a dead end trying to locate information on my great-grandfather Edward SNICALE. He was born in Canada probably in 1872 and moved to Binghamton, NY, but I have no idea when. He was married to Nora BURKE of Susquehanna, PA and he worked as a cigar maker. They had at least three daughters: Frances (my grandmother), Elizabeth (Monico), and Emily (O'Donnell). They lived at 15 Ayers St. in Binghamton in 1901. They may have moved to 81 Liberty St. sometime later (Nora was living at this address in 1922, but I am not sure if Edward was still living). Nora was active with St. Paul's Church and may have worked there at some point in time. There is possibly a family burial plot at Calvary Cemetery. Any help in picking up a significant date, or lead on Edward SNICALE would be of greatly appreciated. Jeff Snicale

    3. Help! Does anyone out there have information on records kept by Rev. Bethuel Brooks or his son, Asa? They were Methodist ministers in the Broome county area in the early 1800's. One, I believe, likely Bethuel, married Laura Howland and William Harrison Gibson at Berkshire on January 22,1837. Access to that record might help me learn who were Laura's parents. If anyone has any other suggestions as to how I can determine this, I am surely open to suggestions. She is buried in the Howland Hill cemetery, which is on property originally owned by Wm. Howland,Sr, and one of his sons, Isaac. Ruby Gibson White
