[And, not HWONJ's Joe Guidice, whose deportation was adjudicated.] O's change applies to only immigrants with children, thus single or married-w/o-children "undocumented aliens" are presently excluded from this "amnesty declaration." * The term "action" is used as this move is against present U.S. immigration/naturalization law and historical procedures (criminal backgrounds, infectious diseases, etc).
