In 2011, the Associate Press compiled this list of Innocent Victims who lost their lives from the terrorist attacks on the soil of the United States of America, on the 11th day of September 2001 at The World Trade Center in New York City, United Airlines Flight 93 near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and the Pentagon in Washinton D. C. The list of victims is continually updated. The NYC Medical Examiner struggles to identify thousands of victims' body parts. To think that the sun rose in the east--that men and women were flexible, real, alive--that every thing was alive, To think that you and I did not see, feel, think, nor bear our part, To think that we are now here and bear our part. "To Think of Time" by Walt Whitman ((1819-1892) "The death toll does not include the 19 hijackers aboard the four jetliners that crashed at the attack sites. The World Trade Center death toll includes three victims who died of respiratory disease months to years after 9/11 and whose deaths were reclassified as homicides by the New York City medical examiner's office because of the victims' exposure to World Trade Center dust at the time of the twin towers' collapse. "The AP created its own database of the Sept. 11 victims immediately after the 2001 attacks, based on government records, family members and other public information. It is using the memorial foundation's records now because the foundation's records contain the most up-to-date personal information about the victims. The foundation is constantly updating its database." With all respect to those who lost their lives, and the families and friends who loved them, I'm afraid the list of victims is too long to post. As 32 year old American hero Todd Beamer said, "Let's Roll." >>>>>>>>>> http://www.azfamily.com/news/remembering-history/resources/List-of-those-killed-on-911-129584008.html And, to The Colonel, Pacific arena WW II, USA Reserves, who sacrificed so wars would not hit American shores.
