I so agree we owe them a big thank you and I agree too with your comments. It's a disaster worse than when Ancestry changed from FTM version 16 to 2008 (don't remember if that was the year when they totally created at whole new FTM and it was so hated.) People bought it and returned it in droves. I didn't make the switch till 2012 and now use 2014. I also found as you did on the EI site that what you did once sometimes you couldn't do again, and what worked for one poster didn't for another. I was able to change my password, but don't remember the steps, probably went into my profile. Hopefully with enough feedback to the EI people it might bring about a change, but in the meantime, they certainly didn't do themselves any good trying to make this a bigger money maker ex: $29 for the certificate, outrageous. Interesting that there has been nothing on Eastman's about this or Ancestry Insider, unless I missed it as of this writing. Has anyone seen anything on those two sites about this fiasco? Joan Parker Immediate Past President JGS of Greater Miami, Inc. *Searching: GOLDBERG/GOULD, GOODSTEIN/GUDSTEIN, BERGER, JAGODA/YAGODA--Lipno **and Plock, Poland-Russia; Galveston, TX; Bronx and Brooklyn, NY.* *PARKER, PINKUS/PINCUS, WINOGRAD, ROSEN, (GERSHO-BEROVNA?)--Brest* *(Litovsk), Belarus; Grodno, Russia; Bronx and Brooklyn, NY.
