    1. [BKLYN] Ordering from FHL in SLC (new way....AGAIN)
    2. Gail Schinnerer Jorgensen via
    3. I recently placed an order for certs, after not having done so in about 6 months. I used the online order tool at https://lds.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_9tdS7lqbTCW30kR. To my surprise a few days later it was returned telling me that I now had to use a new website to order certs. This is the new website: https://familysearch.org/ask/photoduplication This new site is very confusing because #1 - only one cert could be ordered with each request.....so to reach the 5 allowed each month, I had to complete the personal info 5 times. #2 - There is no way to make oneself a copy of the documents requested which makes it hard to track things and follow up as needed. Thoughts?? Gail ~ Gail Schinnerer Jorgensen ~

    3. I love the photoduplication. It's fast, and I love getting the info asap. I just make notes about what cert I ordered - the person, with the cert # , etc to keep track. You could do a print screen and save your order. I know what you mean about having to enter personal info more than once, but my browser remembers the info and I only have to type the 1st letter/number.
