I found her date of death on GGG as 30 May 1942. What I would like to know is in what newspaper(s) would her obit be posted? Also, how many days after her death would the notification most likely show up in the papers? Her name was Josephine Schaefer and at the time of her death she was a widow and was living in Queens on 215th St with her daughter Mary and son-in-law, Leander Ring. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
