Hi Ray, I use Firefox and have no problems. I don't know which generation it is but it updates itself continuously. When I go to the site, I click on the "Search" feature and get to where I need to. I have never had to contact this site but I bet if you go to the LDS Salt Lake site via Google, you can find assistance. They usually quick and responsive. I hope this helps.
