You will also have to include the film number on the form , you can get that also from LDS Hi, I have located the marriage record for Arthur DeForest and Lillian Phillips which took place in Kings Co., Oct. 14, 1903 #7236. This is from one of the indexes on-line. What I would like is the full marriage record. I believe I can order this from the LDS library, does anyone know how I do that.
